Shipping & Delivery

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling.

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we will send you a new package with a quicker shipping and full tracking! The postal service is out of our control. If by any chance, we make a failed attempt to deliver to your address, we will let you know by email. But if you fail to make the necessary arrangements to receive it, we will not be responsible for your loss. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship worldwide, so most of our products are always in high demand. We are closed on 31st December and most public holidays, so orders are shipped on the next working day. After that, it generally takes around 10-22 business days for delivery in the United States, and 2-4 weeks for international orders (depending on location). Most orders are delivered within 3 weeks.

For an estimated delivery time and checking tracking availability to your country, please email us. In very few cases, orders might get a bit delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as during Black Friday or Christmas season. We ship out orders from our warehouses in China or United States depending on availability and proximity. Some orders may be shipped separately to save on shipping costs and prevent unnecessary customs inspection.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
